Saudi Arabia-based Muheel, an integrated facilities management provider operating across hard and soft FM services, is advancing its facilities management capabilities by adopting MRI Software’s real estate and facilities management solutions to support data-driven service delivery.
The initiative focuses on the deployment of MRI Evolution, a Computer-Aided Facilities Management platform designed to deliver real-time visibility of asset performance, automated maintenance workflows, and enhanced lifecycle planning across Muheel’s FM portfolio. The adoption reflects increasing demand within facilities management for predictive, technology-enabled operations that improve efficiency and service consistency.
Implementation will follow a phased rollout. Initial deployment will prioritise asset management, maintenance workflows, and operational efficiency across Muheel’s B2B facilities management contracts. Later phases will expand functionality to include energy management, property management, B2C services, and IoT-enabled monitoring, creating an integrated digital ecosystem supporting predictive maintenance and performance tracking.
By centralising operational data, the platform is expected to enhance decision-making, workforce productivity, and service transparency through dashboards and real-time reporting.
Muhammad Irfan Khokhar, Acting CEO of Muheel, said: “At its core, this collaboration reflects a shared ambition between Muheel and MRI Software to shape a smarter, more connected FM future aligned with Vision 2030. By bringing together Muheel’s operational expertise and MRI’s global technology ecosystem, we are raising the bar for service quality, transparency, and digital innovation across the regional FM sector.”
Patrick Ghilani, CEO of MRI Software, said: “Our work with Muheel demonstrates MRI Software’s commitment to empowering leading FM organisations in the Middle East with technology that drives measurable operational impact. Muheel’s ambition, scale and focus on excellence make them a standout leader for advancing digital transformation in the sector.”
