Nashville-based live entertainment operator Marathon Live has launched its Facilities Management Division, targeting small and midsize venues seeking operational expertise and access to wider networks. The division will be led by CEO Mark Dinerstein, SVP of Operations Casey Osburn, and Chief Development Officer Josh Billeu, offering a comprehensive suite of services including talent buying, food and beverage management, sponsorship, marketing, social media, CRM, ticketing, production operations, and facility design and development.
Marathon Live aims to drive operational efficiencies, reduce overheads, and enhance both the customer and artist experience by applying its established practices across partner venues. “We are highly focused on leading the industry in creative efficiencies without sacrificing a higher-quality customer and artist experience,” said Dinerstein.
Tulips FTW, a 550-capacity venue in Fort Worth, Texas, is the division’s first client. The venue has cultivated a strong local music scene, hosting performers such as Shakey Graves, Sierra Ferrell, Big Freedia, and Saosin. Owner Jason Suder welcomed the partnership, noting that joining Marathon Live’s network provides access to artists and operational resources beyond what independent venues could achieve alone. “Being part of the Marathon Live network validates our efforts and opens up a world of prowess and access to artists we could not have achieved on our own,” Suder said.
The new division positions Marathon Live as a strategic partner for venues looking to optimise operations, expand artist access, and enhance audience experiences, while preserving the integrity and vibrancy of local music communities. By combining operational support with creative guidance, Marathon Live seeks to transform how independent venues compete in a crowded live entertainment landscape.
This initiative highlights a growing trend of independent venues collaborating with larger operators to balance efficiency, quality, and artistic impact.
