Core’s Lorna Kelty has been honoured with the Workplace and Estates Manager of the Year award at this year’s Facilities Management Awards, recognising her outstanding leadership, innovation, and impact in driving operational excellence and employee engagement within Core.

Her leadership has been instrumental in Core’s success, overseeing the return-to-office transition, advancing sustainability initiatives, and leading a transformative office redesign that played a key role in a major client pitch. Her efforts have significantly enhanced both operational efficiency and workplace culture.
The judging panel commended Lorna for her exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and ability to balance multiple functions while fostering collaboration and team morale. Her approach exemplifies the forward-thinking leadership that defines Ireland’s evolving facilities management landscape.

The programme continues to serve as Ireland’s benchmark for excellence in facilities and property management, highlighting best practice and celebrating achievement.
Entries for the 2026 Awards close on October 31st, 2025, with winners to be announced on March 11th, 2026, at the New Convention Centre, Dublin.
