Swedish listed real estate investment company Stendörren, together with Finnish asset manager Mrec Investment Management, has appointed Colliers Finland to provide financial services for its newly acquired warehouse and industrial property portfolio in Finland, in a deal with direct relevance to FM and property management professionals operating across European industrial real estate.
Colliers reported that the service agreement covers financial services, company administration and lease administration services across a portfolio of 14 warehouse and industrial properties located in the Greater Helsinki area.
The portfolio was acquired by Stendörren in January 2026 and is fully leased, with key tenants including Saka, Raskone and Autoklinikka. The takeover of the portfolio by Colliers is currently underway.
Mrec Investment Management is responsible for the management of Stendörren's real estate assets in Finland and is a party to the newly signed service agreement alongside Stendörren and Colliers.
The appointment extends a working relationship that began in 2022, when Colliers first began providing services to Stendörren in connection with its initial Finnish property portfolio, with the newly signed agreement described as a further strengthening of the long-term partnership between the three parties.
Colliers Finland's financial services team consists of 90 real estate finance professionals delivering services spanning statutory accounting, lease administration, invoicing, accounts payable, group financial statements and IFRS reporting, serving approximately 50 clients across close to 1,000 companies.
The agreement reflects the growing demand among international institutional investors for integrated property financial and administrative services as they expand industrial and logistics portfolios across Nordic markets.
