Belfast estate agency Simon Brien has been appointed as the exclusive associate of global property firm Knight Frank in Northern Ireland, extending its residential property management, lettings and sales offering to an international audience and marking a significant step in the agency's expansion strategy.

The Newsletter reported that the association enables Simon Brien to combine its strong local market presence with Knight Frank's international network, with Simon Brien Fine Homes listings to be featured on the Knight Frank website and presented to a global audience of buyers and investors.

Part of the Sherry FitzGerald Group since 2023, Simon Brien has grown from four to nine offices and increased its team to 55 professionals across Northern Ireland, completing over 1,400 sales across new homes and residential resales in 2025, with a combined total value of almost half a billion pounds.

Simon Brien, managing director, said: "This is a significant and very positive development for our business and, more importantly, for our clients. Being Knight Frank's exclusive associate in Northern Ireland gives us direct access to an extensive international network, while allowing us to maintain our strong local expertise and reputation across residential, lettings and property management."

Brien added that the combination of Knight Frank's international market reach, Sherry FitzGerald's all-Ireland residential network and Simon Brien's established position in Northern Ireland places the agency in a unique position to offer national and international exposure while continuing to deliver a best-in-class service across all aspects of residential property.

Simon Brien's latest market report highlights strong demand, limited supply and continued price growth in Northern Ireland's residential market, reinforcing the strategic importance of broad market reach for property management professionals operating in the region.
