MARCH unveils Service+ Compliance Contract
The critical engineering specialist has launched its new Service+ Compliance Contract, a structured solution designed to support regulatory risk management.
From equipment safety to regulatory inspections and asset performance, MARCH says Service+ empowers organisations to take control of engineering compliance before issues disrupt operations.
Aimed at organisations operating in highly regulated sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage, life sciences, and utilities, the contract is designed to help duty holders meet evolving regulatory standards such as PUWER, DSEAR/ATEX, EAWR, and PSSR, supporting compliance, enhancing safety, and identifying risks before they impact performance.
The service offers a structured and regular approach to compliance that can be tailored to each organisation’s needs. This includes the option to embed an onsite team to manage and deliver assessments, carry out remedial work on new or ageing assets to meet current regulations and implement mitigating safety measures to help reduce unplanned capital expenditure. Customers also gain access to a digital compliance dashboard that provides real-time monitoring of project progress, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
The service is delivered by specialist teams based across MARCH’s UK network.

Mallinson added: “Regulations are constantly changing. Our structured approach helps companies stay ahead of changes, ensuring their operations remain safe, efficient, and compliant over the long term.”
