The Facilities Management Awards 2027 is delighted to welcome Honest Elevator Company as Gold Sponsor for the event taking place on 11th March 2027 at the Royal Convention Centre, Dublin, bringing one of Ireland's fastest-growing vertical transportation specialists to the forefront of Ireland's premier FM recognition programme.

Honest Elevator Company, also known as HEC Limited, was founded in 2019 by industry professionals with decades of hands-on experience in the lift and escalator sector. In a relatively short period, the company has built a nationwide presence delivering maintenance, repair, modernisation, and installation services to a broad portfolio of critical facilities including hospitals, retail centres, nursing homes, and commercial developments. That breadth of reach reflects not only the technical capability HEC brings to every project but also the speed with which it has earned the trust of building owners, facilities managers, and developers across Ireland who require a partner that combines technical excellence with reliable, responsive service.

What distinguishes Honest Elevator Company within the FM sector is its commitment to sustainable upgrade solutions alongside its core maintenance and repair offering. At a time when facilities managers are under increasing pressure to manage ageing building infrastructure while meeting sustainability targets and minimising operational disruption, HEC's ability to modernise existing lift and escalator systems provides a practical and cost-effective path forward. Its team brings the technical depth to assess, plan, and deliver modernisation projects that extend asset life, improve energy efficiency, and enhance the experience of building users, all without the cost and complexity of full replacement.

As Gold Sponsor of the Facilities Management Awards 2027, Honest Elevator Company aligns itself with an awards programme that shares its values of innovation, reliability, and strong professional relationships across the facilities management community in Ireland.
