Hochtief PPP Solutions (UK & Ireland), part of Germany-based infrastructure group Hochtief, has appointed Grahame Sheeran as facilities management director to oversee service delivery across its national portfolio, as reported by The Construction Index.
Sheeran, previously operations director at Derwent Facilities Management, will be based at Hochtief's Cheadle offices. He will manage facilities management services for projects within the Hochtief PPP Solutions portfolio across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The role includes supporting partnerships with businesses including Aspire Student Group and Hochtief's dedicated Data Centre Partners division. Sheeran will lead growth and development of facilities management service solutions for new acquisition projects.
Ian Prescott, managing director of Hochtief PPP Solutions (UK & Ireland), said Sheeran has a proven track record in operational leadership, mobilisation, compliance and commercial performance within complex special purpose vehicles and contract-led environments. He added that Sheeran's extensive experience developing and implementing operational strategies makes him a perfect fit for Hochtief.
