Anabas’ Operations Director Tim Hysom has joined the judging panel of the Facilities Management Awards 2026, bringing more than three decades of experience across facilities management operations, strategic leadership, and client-focused service delivery.
A highly respected FM professional, Tim has spent over 30 years working across a broad range of sectors, with more than eight years operating at senior strategic level. His career spans both client-side and supplier-side roles, as well as consultancy, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing modern facilities management.
At Anabas, a £50 million Total Facilities Management company operating across the UK, Tim plays a central role in overseeing operations for a diverse portfolio of corporate office clients. The organisation is recognised for its boutique FM model, delivering tailored services to occupiers who value experience-led environments that enhance both employee wellbeing and client engagement.
Tim’s leadership has contributed to the success of two award-winning client relationships, and his individual impact was recognised when he received Account Director of the Year at the P&FM Awards 2022.
As a member of the judging panel, Tim will bring his deep operational insight and strategic expertise to the evaluation of submissions across key categories, assessing entries for service innovation, performance outcomes, and excellence in facilities management delivery. Tim’s involvement reinforces the emphasis placed by the Facilities Management Awards as the industry looks ahead to the standards and innovations that will define the sector this 2026.
The Facilities Management Awards 2026 awards gala will take place on 11 March 2026 at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre, celebrating the organisations and professionals shaping the future of the FM sector.
