Earlier this year, Julie Nicholson, Bid Director at Bidvest Noonan, was named the winner of the Women in Facilities Management Award – Service Provider at the Facilities Management Awards 2025, recognised earlier this year for her people-focused leadership and transformative impact across the FM sector.

With over 20 years’ experience in facilities management and construction, Nicholson has successfully overseen complex projects, influenced strategic decisions, and delivered exceptional results for high-profile clients, while championing equality, diversity and inclusion across the industry.

Judges highlighted Nicholson’s innovative and inclusive approach to facility management, emphasising how her personal experience as a neurodivergent professional informed initiatives that foster awareness and empowerment within her organisation.
