Ireland-based Ashview Consultants, a business risk and safety consultancy operating across Facilities Management, has announced a series of senior leadership appointments as it scales FM advisory services across Europe. The changes support growing client demand across complex, regulated and multi-site built environments.
The appointments see Justyna Kluska and Tony Fox promoted to senior associate director roles, Dylan Coughlan promoted to associate director, and Neil McKenna appointed associate director. All four will work closely with CEO Paul O’Shea and the senior leadership team to deliver Ashview’s strategic growth plan while strengthening FM-led risk, compliance and workplace safety delivery.
With offices in Dublin, Newry and London, Ashview Consultants supports Facilities Management operations across sectors including commercial real estate, logistics, aviation, pharmaceuticals, data centres, student accommodation and transport.
The firm is currently delivering projects across six European markets, with particular activity in highly customised, build-to-suit data centre developments where FM integration, safety governance and operational readiness are critical.
Commenting on the leadership changes, Paul O’Shea said: “On behalf of myself and the wider team at Ashview Consultants, I am delighted to announce the strengthening of our senior management team with the promotion of Justyna, Tony and Dylan, alongside the appointment of Neil. Their expertise, leadership, and deep industry knowledge will be invaluable as we continue our European expansion, delivering exceptional service to clients across new and existing markets.”
The appointments bring deep FM-relevant experience spanning early-stage project risk planning, health and safety systems, operational compliance, and live-environment asset management.
The expanded leadership team will support clients in managing regulatory risk, improving safety culture, and embedding robust FM frameworks across construction and operational phases.
