Commercial Agency of the Year

The award recognises the commercial agency that can demonstrate of how they went the extra mile to deliver the highest standards of advice to the commercial property sector in Ireland over the past 12 months.

If you think your agency has the highest standards of advice in tenant representation, sales, site acquisition, and investment sales, then tell our judges and you might just pick up a much deserved award for your excellence.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• Organisation background: Please provide a brief description of the organisation such as the services provided, when it was established, number of employees and key skills within your team. Please also provide an indication of your turnover over the past three years, and how your staffing levels have evolved.
• Project outline: Please provide an outline of the key deals you have done over the last year and explain their significance. Please also outline what you have done to embrace the ESG (environmental, sustainability and governance) agenda in your advice to clients.
• Performance: Please provide evidence of a tangible improvement in performance over the last 12 months.
• Innovation: Please include details of any unique efforts or processes, new initiatives or changes in strategy, or new technology that have been employed.
• Project Excellence: Please explain why you feel you are deserving of special recognition for this award.
• Client Satisfaction: please provide evidence of a strong client focus and positive client feedback, including client testimonials.
