Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises the achievements of a smaller or newer facilities management business making a genuine impact in Ireland's FM sector. This award is open to organisations with fewer than 50 employees or under 5 years in operation, offering any FM discipline or service. If your organisation does not meet this eligibility, please consider entering Total FM Service Provider of the Year or Specialist FM Service Provider of the Year instead. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Organisation Background: Please provide a brief description of the organisation, including when it was established, number of employees, and services provided.
  • Growth & Achievements: Outline the organisation's growth over the past 12 months, including new contracts, expanded services, or significant milestones.
  • Resourcefulness & Innovation: Describe how the organisation has achieved strong outcomes for clients despite more limited scale or resources than larger competitors.
  • Client Satisfaction: How has your organisation promoted excellence in customer service and support? Include testimonials from satisfied clients where possible.
  • Ambition: Explain your organisation's plans and ambitions for growth over the next 12 months.
