This award recognises an early-career FM professional, whether employed in-house or by an FM service provider, who has shown exceptional promise and made a strong impact in their role over the past 12 months. This award is open to individuals within the first five years of their FM career. The winner can be nominated by themselves or by a colleague, manager, or peer within their organisation. Please ensure that you have the permission of the nominee before making the submission. Entry is by a 3-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Career Summary: Please provide a brief summary of the nominee's career to date and current role.
- Impact: Describe a specific contribution, project, or achievement that demonstrates the nominee's impact on their team or organisation.
- Growth & Potential: Explain how the nominee has developed in their role and what makes them stand out as an emerging talent in facilities management.
